Flower Preservation Limitations
Preservation outcomes vary by method:
Floral Blocks: Encased in resin
Common outcomes:
Darkening
Bruising
Transparency in petals
Resin Disclaimer:
All resin yellows over time. While UV inhibitors help, this cannot be fully prevented. Minimize yellowing by:
Keeping out of direct sunlight
Maintaining airflow
Avoiding heat and humidity
Display, Handling & Care
Trays are decorative only—do not use handles to lift or carry.
Avoid placing items heavier than 0.5 lbs on top of resin surfaces.
Keep out of reach of children, pets, or unstable areas.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
No downgrades after payment
Upgrades must be made before flower delivery
All payments are non-refundable (although we strive to accommodate for extenuating circumstances whenever possible and the refund will reflect the investment of time and materials needed to prepare for your flowers arrival)
Your order may be canceled if:
Payment isn’t received
Flowers are not received within a week of event
Once preservation begins, no changes can be made to the order.
